MEANING : There is a baby/babies in the stomach/belly (the user is being pregnant).
VOCABULARY :
1. おなか : onaka = (n) stomach, belly
2.赤ちゃん : akachan = (n) baby
3.います : imasu = (v) = be –> plain form: いる (いる)= iru.
GRAMMAR :
N + が + いる/います (n + ga + iru/imasu)
Another example how to use いる (iru) :
1.子供 が いる/います : kodomo ga iru/imasu = I have a child.
Plural form of 子供 (kodomo = child) : 子供たち (kodomotachi = children).
